Fuck... That felt harder than last time... 6 seconds off PR... HSPU were unbroken but slow and picked hands up on sets of 15 and 9 to shake them out... Did first set of ring dips unbroken and that blasted me for the rest of the WOD, probably should have broken it into sets of 7 or 12/9... First round done at 1:22, Round 2 done at 3:30... Ring dips were 21/4+4+4+3/3+3+3... Push ups were 7+7+7/5+5+5/3+3+3...
