Shin splints need rest. Did supplemental work instead. "Frantastic" 5 rounds: 5-4-3-2-1 95# Thruster Pull-ups Rest 2 minutes in between. Record total time. 9:49 total. 30 second difference between round 1 and round 5. Faster each round. Hips tight and thrusters were sloppy!
