I did this workout on Saturday morning, saw everyone at the gym do it thursday morning, and then heard everyone gripe about it. I figured I had to give it a try. I made it 5 rounds, I think this was a big mental breakdown on my part. I should have pushed and finished the wod, but I let myself quit. First workout I quit in crossfit. NEXT TIME I WILL BEAT YOU WITTMAN!!
