Woohoo! Finished my run at 1:45! This is the fastest I've run 400m in awhile...I think I'm 10 seconds off my fastest time...all the running is paying off...and then I died for the workout....just couldn't move fast...kept the movements steady...went unbroken on high pulls on my first and last round...went 10/10 the rest of the way...lower back started tightening up on me...legs did not want to cooperate with the squatting today...tough wod...almost had 6...happy with the run though!
