Struggled today. Could tell from the warm-up that I didn't drink enough water this weekend... du's unbroken 1st round only, then 12-15 to start the other rounds... shoulder-to-OH got heavy fast today. 7/5 rounds 1-2, then 6/6, 6/3/3, 5/4/3... pull-ups 6/3/3, 5/4/3 (x2), then 5/whatever... dead
