With Vinnie! I did 23 of everything. He did fitness 15 reps so not a lot of rest for me. Did 75# for snatches...felt heavy. Did 7-7-5-4 then mostly 5s and 4s last two rounds. C2B were 8-8-7 then 8 and ripped so finished with ring row. 20# DB box step up instead of squat. Broke them in half. Burpees 12-11, 8-8-7. Fun time!
