Man....If I did this again today I would PR haha just not a good effort. We moved right to this after hit our snatch and clean and jerk for the Lift Off which was an epic 2 hour lifting sesh...so felt really drained and stiff going into this. Biggest issue was the gameplan and missing a ton of DU. Snatches unbroken, did clean and jerks in singles (bad idea). Oh well, it is what it is.
