Notes

Started with 15.2 but an old blister ripped off and I didn't want to rip my hands so I stopped before I actually tore my hand in the round of 12. Went to fight gone bad. 150 in the first round and felt alright. Then I got a migraine and pushed through the rest of the workout. Migraines suck, and this completely ruined my day. Thanks body. The good thing is this means I won't get one tomorrow so I can go hard tomorrow.
