goal was sub 40min, made it. rested too much during last rd of SC, easily used up 2-3 mins between last 4 sets of 5. all SC in 5s. PU were 5/5/5/5/4/3/3 rd 1 & 2, rd 3 all over the place. runs were all solid, no walking, slight cramp on 2nd run. used belt during SC, maybe should have broken them up into 4s? quads were blown up rd 3. no back pain this time
