that was brutal. lower left back (not the normal pain side) was on fire 2nd rd. took lots of breaks rd 2 & 3 during cleans, laid down on bench a few times for back pain relief. cleans 6/6/6/6/6, 5/5/5/4/4/4/3, 5/5/5/4/4/2/2/2/1, pull-ups were strict 5/5/5/5/3/2/3/2, 4/4/4/3/2/3/2/3/2/2/1, rd 3 all 3s&2s. nasty side cramp during rd 2 run, had to slow to a walk at around 400m to exhale that out.
