squat snatch, 2 reps/round... warm-up: 55, 65, 75, 80... Failed 80 twice warming up, even toppled backwards, got worried. Brushed it off with some self-talk and affirmations and went to 85 without nailing 80. Got it no problem :) Skipped 87.5 this time and went to 90, then did an extra round at 92.5 after failing 1 rep. Missed again once at 97.5, but overall felt really good today, after I warmed up better. Not too shabby for 4:30 am!
