the 6am experience! Battled with Christina on this one....almost caught her! She got me by 2 reps! C2b went much better today than on Saturday...I was actually popping my hips! I was getting sets of 2's and 3's and didn't have to switch to mix grip! Glad that I got to come in and hit a wod with my 6am homies! Fun times!!! Much love and much respect to them for doing this on a regular basis!
