Did this solo in my garage...sets of 10's. ....good WOD!! Thruster set were all 7/3 and felt really good. Alternated T2B and K2C...3/2, 3/2 each round. Ahhhhhh then the Lateral Burpee jump overs were uneventful to say the least!!!! 300M runs were steady.
