Hit this one with Drea! I gotta wod with her more often, she definitely pushes me to go harder!!! 3:49 on the run....first round unbroken then went 10/5 on thrusters 8/7 on sdhp then did 10/5 on both movements the next round...burpees were burpees...Doing burpees after bench press was not much fun but I kept moving! Good WOD!
