Forearm explosion! HSS was 11/5/5, 8/7, 9... T2B 6/5/4/3/3, 5/4/3/3, 3/3/3 (kipped 6/5 of the first set, then sets of non-kipping singles without dropping off the bar)... finished the 21's at 3:30, forgot to check time after 15's, was at 7:30 when I started the last 9 T2B (really need to work on those) -- solo at the PD
