Notes

Everything was dead after the first 2 rounds. Went really fast out of the gate and then I crashed and burned! Couldn't dip on my push press because my sciatic is killing me and I couldn't push my butt back. Shoulder press basically for rounds 3+. Burpees took 3 years. 8am isn't fun when you workout the night before. Tried to just keep moving along.
