Sub'd singles for doubles...tried Dbls but legs were just to trashed from last few days. Burpees were steady and ok. KB unbroken except 3rd round 7/7 for some dumb reason. Called Time after last 14 KB at 14:09...then Nick yelled YOU HAVE JUMPING Air Sqts left...FAIL!!!
