I started out with 2 rope climbs then dropped to 1...Jonathan helped coach me on the rope climbs because I was starting to climb too low from the bottom...everything else felt good...I was able to start out with 6 toes to bar on my first two rounds, which I have not been able to do before....doubles felt good today and didn't trip once
