Felt like I couldn't dig deep. I can tell my endurance isn't back from being inconsistent for a few weeks. Deadlifts in 10s. Pull ups in small sets. Slowly trying to build that up again hopefully I will be back to good by next week. Did this with MOB, he smoked me.
