Did this on my own in open gym... I only worked on butterfly pull-ups once last week, but figured I'd try them since it was only 6 each round. Got all 5 rounds unbroken butterfly! :D Still have to smooth them out, but they felt good overall. Felt like they tired me out more though, rested more than usual before and after... Front squats 12, 12, 7/5, 8/4, 8/4... Russian KBS unbroken all 5 rounds... Buy-in burpees 1:07, buy-out burpees 1:09
