First running WOD in over 6 months. Runs felt like they were in slow motion, WOW! Hang power cleans were muscle cleans and did them as fast as j could and went right into lunges and went as fast as I could. Toes to bar were all unbroken!! That's HUGE for me! Everything inside was super fast to make up for my slow motion runs. No foot pain though, score! Still getting my energy back from the stomach bug, still not able to eat very much.
