Notes

Getting better at rope climbs and gaining confidence with this movement... I was more concerned about failing the rope than the c&j... finished my set of 9 and my ATM's were burning and so I rested before the rope climb and didn't have enough time to go after the 10...I felt like my grip was starting to give on three 9's.. gotta keep getting better at rope climbs!
