So this took forever but I knew it was going to take a long time so I'm not upset about that... A LOT of good things happened during this wod...I did my muscle ups on the magic rings without bands...first wod doing muscle ups without bands...and I actually strung 2 muscle ups together!!! I did 2 sets of 2 before I dropped down to singles. Did 10 reps instead of 30...hspu were good did 10/6/7/7, kbs unbroken GHD and hip extensions in 25/25...I'm super excited because I was actually able to get my handstand walks down today! I walked 5-6ft before I did burpees so yeah lots of burpees today...doubles were rough did 56/10/24/30/30/50 and the calorie row was 35/15.....had to keep the row above 800...the goal was to do this in less than an hour and I did! Very happy with this!
