I ran today with no foot pain! Yay! Thanks MOB :) did this with Angela! it was her 2nd class and she killed it! We did 10-5 on the push press, lunges in half, and about 7-3 for burpees. I am so sore from last night! body is trashed from this week! I am so glad I was able to run!
