Felt really good on this run....some random person stopped me on my second run to ask for directions bummer, I wanted to try and see if I could get another 800m run in...after that the plan was to try to maintain the 700m...I completely died on the last run, I could feel myself dying, pushed towards the end. I ran the 800 m course for the first one then just ran the 400/200/100 until my time was up for the rest of the rounds
