This was really hard for me... The switch from going fast to slow was tough... First run was great, then just couldn't get back to that... Glad I was able to stay around 2:00 in a wod my runs would have been 2:15-2:20... my first run was on target and I know with rest I would have been able to maintain that... So I think for me these numbers are ok
