1st 800m run was 4:05. Tried for a moderate pace, knowing du's would kill me, and they did. Set of 40 was a mess, couldn't pick up my feet. 2/2/4 to start frustrated me; had to collect myself and then chip away. Next 2 sets were 10/10/10 and 12/8... 75# power snatch 5/3/3/singles, 3/2/2/2/singles, 3/3/2/1 (legs were tired, hard time jumping it up)... 400m run, 200m run slow but steady... Finished round 1 with 4:30 left, should have pushed harder to finish the 2nd 800m run (only got 740m)
