Did this instead of hitting the regular gym today. Needed to workout and wanted something light and fast before the open tomorrow. Never broke true burpee form. No one legged. Just slow and steady. Didn't stop much between reps or at all really. Goal: 100. Maybe not today but we will try again. Feel good. Thanks.
