5 push ups 10 abmat sit-ups 15 squats 30 second handstand hold x2 Good shoulder burner. Maybe should've used more reps on sit-ups and squats but they kept my heart rate up and gave my shoulders time to breathe. Fun doing it at home alone every once in a whole. Open 15.3 tomorrow!!!
