Still not feeling great. Throat hurts & couldnt get any air into my lungs. No energy. Split thrusters 4-3, c2b was 3-2-2 & lbj's were 10's first round to see how lifters felt then 15-15 rest of rounds. Oly's, wrist wraps & weight belt.
