Skipped last week because shoulder was bugging. Isn't any better this week but decided I better do it. Was going to stay at 85 since I'd skipped a week but decided to push it. Didn't hold at the bottom very well, and was really unstable. Failed one rep behind me when I was coming out of it. Was coming down too hard on right side to compensate for left shoulder hurting. Pretty ugly all around. olys, weight belt & wrist wraps.
