once again i'm running 800m's at 8am, my favorite! went as fast as i could with little rests on the inside stuff because my runs were pathetic. legs felt like amillion pounds and my foot is still really hurting me. need to figure out what's going on there. pull ups were in 5's for a long time and then i think the last 15 were 3's. HPC were in 6's and then idk what at the end. front squats were 10 and then maybe 6's? i have no idea, i blocked it out. burpees felt like they took forever.
