This workout felt so miserable. Bad weekend of eating and drinking too much in Vegas. Definitely felt it today. Subbed chest to bar for regular pull-ups mostly 4-3-2. Snatches mostly in threes with some doubles and singles here and there. Lunges and runs were easy. Spent a lot of time resting on snatches and pull-ups.
