This felt great! The weight was flying up! I knew when 145 went up the way it did that I was going to hit 150 and I did! PR! Then things went kinda downhill...attempted 155 a few times then went back down and worked back up....it feels good to do heavy snatches...It's helping a lot with my mindset and I feel like it's forcing me to attack the weight more!
