OLY class. Every 30 seconds perform a low hang squat snatch, while going up #5 total every minute. Worked on trying to create space under my feet while jumping up and not out. Stayed at #65 most of the way and just drilled those 2 things. I got some good reps in there! Definitely a weakness I need to crush 8)
