finished my doubles at about 1:20. Did 50-25-15-10. SHoulders were FRIED. I rested a lot because it's my second WOD back from being off for 2 weeks from this death sickness. Couldn't breathe, coughed a lot. I just took lots of breaks and tried to keep my breathing normal. Jeremy told me to do the whole 20 mins and just go slow and I'm glad I did it! stopped with about 40 seconds left after I finished my 4th round because i had nothing in me.
