At the PD. Garry's choice today, main site... I did a hybrid of Monday + Friday, since my RT shoulder won't let me do dips anymore. Set the rings low and feet were on a 12" box, so body was parallel. Unbroken until 5, then split them. Total 50 reps. -- 5 min rest, then Death By Hang Power Clean
