Sooo mad! I wrote down all my times on a whiteboard and took a picture of it....only to find out that the picture never saved...I think the rower said my time was either 7:23 or 7:37....so I'll just log the slower time....GRRRR! I mainly stayed around 22 and 23 seconds...Perry said my rowing looked better....all I know is my glutes and hammies are still burning nearly 2 hours later!! #gainz
