Did this with Jackie and I took video!! Really focused on jumping and being aggressive...didn't want to make too many jumps in weight...really wanted to make sure the movement felt good....but I still picked a challenging weight...I was letting the bar come out in front on the high hang...gotta work on keeping the bar close to me...good stuff
