This was pretty ok....the hardest part was the second lift from below the knee...I felt like I didn't jump as high and didn't feel as explosive or quick as I did with the power snatch and the hang power snatch.....so I guess that means that transition from below the knee to my j umping position is where things start to fall apart.....both the hang and full power snatch felt great and the weight was flying! Got all my reps, so I'm happy with that....now time to correct some things
