Soooo sleepyzzzz.... worked, got to bed at 0345. I would have slept in if I hadn't agreed to do the 0930. Great job today Jerry! I died. Walking lunges kill me; I'd rather do weighted FR lunges. Push presses 12/8, 13/7, 11/9... not heavy, just no mental fight. Need to just push through next time.
