I only came for the DB snatches, lol... Totally dragged my feet coming in today, no motivation for solo Saturdays. I felt like a rockstar on the first 15 box jump overs, very springy... but then my legs got heavy. Walking lunges were even harder :/ DB snatches quick and unbroken.
