Notes

Moose Trax: Had a difficult time staying on the bar at the Power Cleans. Kept switching between Oly lift and power lift. Burpees were an energy drainer. Doubles were good on rounds 1,3 and 4. Had a nice sprint at the last round of power cleans and small sprints on the burpees.
