I did everything rx'd! woot! probably the most terrible thing ever. especially at 8am...started having an asthma attack before round 4 but i was able to calm myself down and keep going - that was a first! was able to do the power cleans in 5's and was able to do the full burpee over bar! knee is feeling great.
