Absolute death. 77 bodyweight back squats (205#) and 7k of rowing...Had a rough end to last week and feeling like crap so hopefully this stomped out the sickness I have creeping in on me. Happy with how hard I pushed on the rows but should have forced myself to get under the bar faster for the back squats. Was able to get them unbroken but just too much resting before and after. Rows: 3:41 / 3:43 / 3:44 / 3:44 / 3:41 / 3:44 / 3:37. Averaged 1:51.2/500m and 24 s/m.
