OLY Moose: Worked on a one rep max squat snatch today. Warm-up started at 75 lbs, 95 lbs, 115 lbs, 125 lbs, 135 lbs. Had to correct my shoulder shrug and hip extension at 135 lbs. This was very frustrating when I found my self failing every attempt after the correction. I was able to clear my mind and work past my frustration. I am glad I did and was able to get 160 lbs.
