Warm up: 1:30 Plus (blue-purple)-11 RPush- 17 KUs 17 Sq 37 Dus sucked again. I would do 4 then trip then 4 again. Tired me out big time! Thrusters and burpees were good, all unbroken. I just have to keep on practicing..ill get it! Glad to see the RX again :)
