This was tough...I have never tried triple unders before today...I felt like I was jumping for dear life lol! I would do a few doubles then try to get a triple....failed quite a bit but I got some! kb swings and lunges were good....went by quick...spent majority of the time working on triples! Fun stuff! Very different! Whacked myself a few times with my rope....ouch!
