Hit this solo after all my lifting. All about the DB hang squat cleans in this one but really trying to focus on pushing my engine, moving faster, and sucking it up more in workouts. Unbroken other than round 4, went 10-5 on the HSC. Pushed hard on the last round. 1:50 / 2:26 / 2:52 / 3:03 / 2:23.
