Warm up-b: 3rft 5:23 Dang that Jack! PP all over the place tried by best to keep it at 3-3-2-2 and 3-2-3-2. Second time doing KB @ 35lb 5-5 BJ 5-5. Have to work on PP, using LEGS and to slowly go down and power up. Had some good reps thanks to Jeremy. WOOT WOOT!
